Use the ideas, understand the limits

These terms set the expectations for a free, independent fan-made generator that creates name ideas but cannot make decisions for Pokémon GO.

Acceptance

By accessing or using TrainerSpark and pokemongousernamegenerator.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the service provides

TrainerSpark is an idea-generation utility. It combines curated word banks and your selected controls to produce possible trainer names. Output is provided for inspiration and may be incomplete, unsuitable, already used, rejected, or similar to a name created for someone else.

No availability or acceptance guarantee: the site does not connect to Pokémon GO's live name system. Only the game and its operators can determine current format, policy compliance, and availability.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing any generated name before using it. Do not use output that infringes rights, impersonates another person, exposes private information, harasses others, contains prohibited material, or violates the rules of Pokémon GO or any other platform.

Do not enter passwords, account recovery information, authentication codes, full legal names, precise locations, or other sensitive information into the Personal cue field or feedback email.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for ordinary personal naming and inspiration. You may not:

interfere with the site's security, delivery, or operation;
use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service;
attempt to obtain data or access that the site does not make available;
misrepresent TrainerSpark as an official Pokémon or Niantic service; or
use the site for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.

Intellectual property and fan-tool status

The TrainerSpark name, original interface, code, written guidance, and compass artwork belong to the site owner unless otherwise stated. You may use generated name ideas for personal purposes, but we cannot grant rights in third-party names, trademarks, or material that a generated combination may resemble.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and Pokémon GO are trademarks of their respective owners. Official game assets and logos are not part of the generator.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, fix output banks, add limits, or update these terms. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, security measures, or third-party infrastructure.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, uniqueness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site or a generated name.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted where you live.
